BATMAN: Arkham Asylum: “Most Critically Acclaimed Superhero Game Ever”

R2Deuce was on the money at this years E3 when he bragged about BATMAN: Arkham Asylum being a true contender for Game Of The Year honors. Now it seems the developers at RockSteady have officially cemented themselves as developing RockStars after this mornings announcement by Guinness.
Guinness as in (The Guinness Book of World Records) this morning announced that BATMAN: Arkham Asylum has become the “Most Critically Acclaimed Superhero Game Ever”. This came about mainly due to the games excellent Metacritic average score of 91.67.
“We are so pleased to be awarding Batman: Arkham Asylum a Guinness World Record,” said Gaz Deaves, Manager at Guinness. “It is a fantastic new game and due to the reaction of gaming experts we believe it has a well deserved place in the Guinness World Records book,”
