It seems we may be getting our hands on the next Ghost Recon in 2010. Let’s keep our fingers crossed. No official word on when this title will be released has been announced however, IGN does point out that Ubisoft has registered the name Ghost Recon Future Soldier.

With all the talk about upcoming 2010 shooters like MAG, Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and HALO REACH, make no mistake about it, Ghost Recon is a franchise to be reckoned with. This upcoming title will be Ubisoft’s fourth installment in the Ghost Recon universe so lets hope the series can truly evolve bringing something new to genre.
